Waff Process

1. In order to find out what’s your German level (in case it’s not Zero), you will do a German test. The test can be done at home or in Ikarus.
2. Once the test is done and we have assured your level for your German course, we will proceed with the invoice/budget/course details that must be submit (in Waff) in order to get the grant.
3. The Course Details/Invoice/Budget involves creating the specific German course with an specific schedule, confirming students, organizing 8-week classes (in most cases) and creating an invoice.

To ensure the smooth running of the process, the student must pay €50 which will be returned after the course is confirmed by Waff.

We create every Course based on the availability of every student.

• You don’t join any course before doing a test to assure your level. This allows us to have groups with the same level of students.
• You receive the invoice within 2 Workdays and the course can be started at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of every month.
• You don’t have to wait until the next month to start: in Ikarus we are able to manage and organize a course within one week.
